FAQs

I bought three lots in Crystal Cove and have merged them all into one parcel. Do I only have to pay one CCPOA annual assessment on the combined lots?

The 2023 amendment to the Protective Covenants expressly clarifies that the annual assessments and special assessments due and the number of votes allowed with respect to any Parcel comprising multiple Lots designated by the Developer (see list in the amendment), shall be based upon the number of original Lots that were combined to make the Parcel.  For example, if an owner bought 4 Lots and then combined them into a single Parcel, the owner can still cast 4 votes in elections and other matters voted on by owners, and will have to pay the "per lot" annual assessment for each of the Lots comprising the Parcel.
